Cuban Model Rachell Vallori’s Instagram Is a Party You Need to Attend

We spend a lot of time on Instagram (no, really—a lot of time), and when we're not living vicariously through our favorite FOMO-inducing accounts, we're checking on some particularly talented users. So when our GQ casting team finds a ’grammer worth shouting out, we think it's our duty to share him or her with you, dear followers.
Today we're making the case for Cuban-born swimsuit model Rachell Vallori, whose live-your-best-life attitude is more than a little contagious. Vallori's life appears to be all sunhine, so much so that she's never touched snow. Here, the aspiring actress talks about her love of dancing, family, and—nerd alert!—Game of Thrones. Read on to hear more about this stunner with a heart of gold.
Where are you right now?
As of right now, I am based in sunny Los Angeles and I'm absolutely loving it.

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in La Habana, Cuba, and lived there until I was about 19 years old and moved to Miami.

If you weren’t a model, what career would you pursue?
If I wasn't a model, I would definitely continue pursuing acting, which I've already been doing for the last few years. Not many people know this, but I've also always dreamt of studying law and representing underprivileged families that cannot afford proper legal counsel. I believe that people at the core are good. However, bad situations and circumstances can cause people to be in very difficult situations, and I would love to be able to help them through that.

What is your mantra? (If you don't have one, make one up. We'll wait.)
I don't really have a mantra, but I do have one simple rule in life. It almost seems to be my little trick :) Do good to everyone, wherever you go, even when no one is watching. Never lie to people, hurt people, or steal from people. Give back when you can, and if you follow the above rules, the entire universe will support your dreams and desires, making things happen that are far out of my control. Nothing makes me happier than the feeling that something somewhere is looking out for me, the same way I try to look out for others.

What makes you feel sexy?
I feel the sexiest when I'm dancing to the music from my country. In Cuba, everyone dances. Everyone is confident. No one is scared of being judged because we have nothing to judge. We are all in the same boat, for the most part, with totally equal circumstances. The music is what connects us all and brings us together. While dancing, nothing else matters except pure enjoyment and bliss, which to me is as sexy as one can feel.

Where have you never been but want to go?
This is embarrassing to admit, but I've actually never been in the snow. So that's first on my list. I want to dive into, eat it, make snow angels, make a snowman, throw snowballs, and basically anything else that I can think of!

Do you read the comments?
Yes, I do read the comments, and I absolutely love it! I get a good idea about who my followers are and the things they like the most about me. Instagram is such an amazing platform that connects us in ways that I could never imagine when I was growing up.

How do you spend your time off?
When I'm not working or studying, I spend most of my days off hanging out with my boyfriend. We both love adventures, finding new places to eat, traveling, and sometimes doing nothing other than cuddling on the couch watching one of our favorite shows, like Game of Thrones.

What is your most prized possession?
My most prized possession is and always will be my family. In Cuba, we don't have much, materially speaking, but what we do have is each other. Nothing can make me happy the way they do. Nothing can make me feel safe and protected the way they do. Nothing makes me believe in myself as much as they do, and I will strive every day to make them proud.
