This Simple Salmon Recipe Was MADE For Weekend Entertaining!

Now that warm weather has finally (read: fiiiiinallyyyyyyy) arrived, it's officially time to enjoy a little al fresco dining. But since outdoor shindigs take some effort, your meal shouldn't. That's why we love this Salmon with Sriracha Sauce and Lime. Not only is it less than 250 calories per serving (score!), but it only takes six ingredients to complete. But don't be fooled: Those few ingredients still pack a major health punch. Thanks to salmon—the superfood that's full of heart-healthy omega-3 fats (which is especially important for women)—and metabolism-revving capsaicin in the Sriracha sauce, your body will enjoy this meal as much as your mouth will.

Salmon With Sriracha Sauce and Lime

  • Juice and zest of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 1/4 lbs pounds salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro
DIRECTIONS
